Aloe

We all know Aloe as the soothing and moisturizing gel in our bathrooms. That gel comes from some impressively large and fleshy leaves, which you can grow at home. These plants are understated aside from the little spiny nodules running up the flat leaves. Each leaf tappers to a fine point, allowing for a sculptural effect. They can provide a nice sense of calm potted up on a desk at home.
